Whether you pack your day with action or total relaxation, we’ve got you covered. All activities are free of charge, unless stated.
Tennis, pickleball and basketball courts
Book a court at front desk. They’ll loan out balls and/or rackets, too. Whether “love” means nothing to you, or you’re more the slam dunk type, our blended courts are the place to be. Court hours open daily. Contact clubhouse to reserve.
Beach volleyball and table tennis
When it comes to beach ballgames, size matters – but from ping pongs to volleyballs, we’ve got you covered. Book in and borrow balls (and rackets) from the front desk. Open Daily.
Shuffleboard
Everyday you’re shuffling? Keep up your practice on our shuffleboard court. Borrow the kit from the Clubhouse. Open Daily.
Fishing
Our fishing dock in the serene Lake Davenport is the reel deal.
Games room, billiards, pool and foosball
Find a fun games room, foosball, darts, billiards and pool tables at Tradewinds and Clubhouse.
Book and game exchange
It’s great to share! Swap books and games on the second floor of the Clubhouse.
Playground
Kiddos will love our playground, located between buildings 5 and 9.
Splashpad
Wet and wild adventures await for young explorers! Our Splashpad uses heated water year round, and is open daily.
Cenote Day Spa
You deserve to be pampered, right? Look no further than our luxurious spa, where an expert team will guide you through a beautiful menu of massages, skin treatments and more.
Pools & hot tubs
All four swimming pools are heated for year-round enjoyment. Water you waiting for? We have one huge pool at the Clubhouse, and another near our restaurant and bar, Tradewinds, as well as two pools at Rum Run and Lucaya Loop. Lounge poolside or chill in the tub. Hours: Clubhouse 7am-11pm, Tradewinds 8am-10pm, Rum Run & Lucaya Loop 8am-Dusk.

Create unforgettable moments with family and friends as you prepare a meal outdoors. Our charcoal and gas grills are thoughtfully placed throughout the resort, offering the perfect complement to an evening beneath the Florida sky.
