We love our resort and hope all our guests find it a safe and peaceful home-from-home. Because of that we ask everyone on property to follow some simple rules. There’s a full PDF here [link], but here’s a quick summary:
While some owners may bring their furry friends to the resort, unfortunately their guests may not bring pets to Bahama Bay. Service and emotional support animals must be registered at the Clubhouse.
There are trash receptables at each building – brown for recyclables and green for landfill. Please bag all trash before putting it in the appropriate receptable. Break down and flatten boxes before disposal.
Everyone at our resort will appreciate its peaceful Bahamian vibes, so, please don’t make excessive noise. Peaceful practice includes using headphones instead of speakers by our pools, and keeping music and TV volumes at a family-friendly level. Designated quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
Safety and security are everyone’s priority, so please make sure you’re displaying a hangtag in your vehicle whenever you’re on property.
For everyone’s safety and wellbeing, please only smoke in designated areas, which are marked on the resort map. Smoking in condos, including balconies, is prohibited and may trigger smoke detectors and sprinklers.
We all love cooking on gas. Or charcoal. But you may only do so at designated areas, which are marked on the resort map – never in condos or on balconies.
Our pool decks are the perfect place to chill, but please wait until you’re ready to kick back before placing towels, hats, glasses, books, clothing, your neighbor’s old carpet, or any other random items on the loungers. Unattended items will be removed.
