About Bahama Bay Resort
The Bahama Bay Resort is Orlando’s, exclusive, secluded and tranquil Caribbean-style Condo resort sitting right on the banks of the picturesque Lake Davenport. The Resort is laid out over 70-acre spread of gardens, lawns, lagoons and fountains, making it a truly beautiful place to stay.
The Bahama Bay Resort near Orlando looks and feels like a small, friendly village. The complex offers superior facilities in a Caribbean style setting, a Recreation Center and Club House, the use of four outdoor heated pools with heated hot tubs, children’s pool and play area, a sandy beach and a variety of sport facilities.
Pools and Spas
Bahama Bay has four swimming pools, and 6 heated in-ground spas, all featuring sun loungers, lush landscaping, shaded areas, and either resort or lake views. Swimming pools are heated to ensure a comfortable swim when the weather turns cool. Bahama Bay also boasts a children’s Splash Pad where kids can enjoy hours of entertainment!
Tradewinds Restaurant & Bar
Beautiful lake, beach, and pool views greet guests from the easy, breezy Tradewinds Restaurant & Bar. A great place for food, drinks, and fun, Tradewinds features pub-style activities including pool tables, darts, and games.
Pier at Lake Davenport
Experience Bahama Bay’s private dock extending into the tranquil waters of Lake Davenport — a perfect setting for picture-perfect Instagram-worthy views and moments you’ll treasure.
Free Parking
The front desk is open 8AM – 10PM, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to pickup your parking pass within 24 hours of arrival.
Cenote Spa & Salon
Indulge at the Resort’s Cenote Spa & Salon, offering a wide range of relaxation and beauty treatments like massage, manicures, pedicures, and hair styling.
Resort Nature Trails
Experience a touch of tranquil adventure right within the resort grounds. Bahama Bay offers scenic nature walking trails winding through lush, tropical landscapes, perfect for spotting wildlife such as turtles, tropical birds, and even alligators. These trails span approximately 3/4 of a mile around the resort, providing a relaxed and immersive outdoor experience.
Our beautiful nature trails throughout the resort allow guests to enjoy lakeside views, natural flora and fauna, and the resort’s lush tropical landscaping and water features.
Marketplace Gift & Snack Shop
Snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and much more are available in the Resort’s Marketplace Gift Shop, located in the Clubhouse.
Sporting Facilities
The resort has lighted tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, beach volleyball, Table tennis, nature-inspired walking/jogging trails and swimming pools. Golf fans will also want to check out the numerous championship courses within a short drive.
Fishing Dock
Bahama Bay Resort has a full-sized fishing dock on Lake Davenport, where guests can enjoy fishing or simply take in the calm waters and beautiful natural surroundings. The fishing dock is gated for the comfort and safety of guests.
Pool Tables & Fun
Guests will find table tennis tables and other games in a fun outdoor setting at Tradewinds.
Theme Park & Shopping Transportation
You’ll find it easy to access to taxis, Uber, Lyft, and limousines. Transportation to and from theme parks, airport, area attractions, grocery, shopping malls, and area attractions are readily available. (Transportation is not provided by the resort)

Most of our first floor condos (not all) are wheel chair accessible.

Splash Pad
Splash Pad. Kids will love cooling off at our fun splash pad water play area, featuring playful fountains and sprayers designed for safe water fun. Conveniently located near the clubhouse pool and tennis courts, it’s the perfect spot for little ones to splash and play while parents relax nearby. Kids can enjoy hours of entertainment at the Bahama Bay Splash Pad!
No Pets Allowed
For the comfort of all guests, our resort is pet-free. ADA-defined service animals are always welcome.
